PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. OUR POLICY HAS CHANGED.
RESERVATIONS: Our appointment book fills up very fast so it is advised that you make your reservation as soon as possible. As a general rule of thumb, we recommend making your reservation at least one to two weeks in advance so that we can ensure that the appropriate number of nail technicians and staff are available to cater to your party. Reservations are not considered complete and official until your deposit is made AND you have confirmed the date and time with our staff.
DEPOSIT AND MINIMUM CHARGE: deposit of $10 per service is required for groups of 3 or more people. Please note that your full deposit will be credited toward your final and total bill, which will be due immediately after services are rendered at our salon.
For groups of 8 or more people, there is a minimum charge of $100/person. For example, a group of 9 guests will be must have a total combined bill of $900 or higher, not including gratuity. For Princess Parties of 8 or more, there is a minimum charge of $50 per person.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: We understand that unforeseen events can happen in the planning of any occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. However, our salon services are booked quite far in advance. As such, any changes or cancelations within 72 hours of your reservation date and time will result in a COMPLETE forfeiture of your deposit. Any changes or cancellations made before 72 hours of your reservation date will result in a FULL REFUND of the original payment. BY MAKING YOUR DEPOSIT, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
